So What are the benefits of using a Life Coach? Earlier this week while celebrating Christmas with some family the conversation came up about my career… and my partner mentioned I work as a life coach. While my family know I have worked in coaching for many years as aย  trainer in the health and wellness fields, they did not know much about what I have been doing over the last few years.

So we got into a discussion about the role and benefits of using a life coach.

Essentially a life coach is a professional who helps individuals set and achieve personal and professional goals. They can provide support, motivation, and accountability to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

Here are some of the benefits of using a life coach:

While explaining the role of a life coach was not that hard, there was a few things i felt i needed to clarify about the way I work with people. Some of the distinction i needed to make when chatting with my family about life coaching are as follows
