Podcast about being a digital nomad, a personal trainer, a life coach and living in the South East Asia and Oceania region. My experience as a trainer started in 2005 when i began teaching wellness and health. Through my coaching career I have learned to pay attention to to the important things in life. Having successfully migrated to an online training business model and developing new skills such as website creation, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Management allowed me to have a strong skill set to be able to work remotely.
In this podcast, I talk about the differences of using a personal trainer and a life coach.
So, what are the main differences between when it comes to personal trainer versus life coach? The primary difference is the focus of their work. Personal trainers focus on helping clients improve their physical health and fitness, while life coaches focus on helping clients achieve personal and professional goals. Personal trainers may also provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits, but their primary focus is on exercise and physical fitness. Life coaches, on the other hand, may touch on various areas of a client’s life, from career development to personal relationships.
