Sometimes in life we find ourselves in a situation where our priorities are challenged. Even with the best of intentions and motivations it is possible to relegate certain priorities.

Sometimes in life we find ourselves in a situation where our priorities are challenged. Eve with the best of intentions and motivations it is possible to relegate certain priorities. I found myself in this situation recently as I was in the far East of Indonesia living on Flores Island and needed to manage a wedding, construction of my wife’s house, a new climate and multiple appointments with government offices to put all our affairs in order. When I left Australia I was working out sometimes two times a day for example doing a ten kilometer walk and a kettlebell/bodyweight workout in the afternoon. Now I find myself back in the situation where I need to restart my training and get myself back into condition. Thankfully I recordedย  all my workouts for the 6 months leading up to going away in my android note app and I find myself in a position motivated to follow along my own workouts. I have decided to share these workout with anyone who is interested and finds my blog.

Day 1:

Warm Up

Swing 12kg 1 x 15
Swing 16kg 3 x 20
Swing 20kg 4 x 10
Swing squat compound, 16kg 5 x 12
Clean 16kg 1 x 15 L+R
Plank 60s
Leg raise combos 9 x 30s
