Wellness Coaching
Lets talk about the coaching offered by Nahana. Nahana started as coach offering wellness and personal training in 2008. Health and Wellness Coaching is an evidence-based holistic approach that focuses on a person’s overall health and well-being. It is a partnership between a coach and a client, combining evidence-based strategies with client-centered techniques.
We can start by identifying and removing barriers to health and well-being, and increase motivation and accountability to achieve goals. As the coach I will ensure you as the client develop an action plan to move forward towards your goals. The coaching services I offer can help with a variety of health issues, including weight management, stress management, smoking cessation, nutrition, healthy lifestyle changes, and overall fitness and wellness.
